Hannah Connor
Originally from the UK, I’ve called Aotearoa home for over 20 years — and I remain in awe of this beautiful country and its people.
You’ll usually find me with my family, swimming in the ocean, at the gym, walking the dog, practicing as a Health Coach in a local GP clinic, or quietly growing the work that matters most to me.
I deeply value connection — the kind that strengthens families, friendships, partnerships, and communities. Supporting people in their relational health and wellbeing isn’t simply my profession; it’s a commitment I hold with sincerity and care, and one of the most meaningful ways I know to contribute.
For more than 15 years, I’ve devoted myself to exploring, studying, and practicing both the science and art of communication and relationships. My approach is shaped by embodied personal practice alongside professional training across a range of relationship modalities.
Through this work, I’ve developed practical tools and grounded frameworks to support couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in painful patterns. When communication becomes strained, resentment builds, or you no longer know how to truly reach one another, this work offers a calm, structured path back toward understanding and connection.
I’ve witnessed couples move from defensiveness and distance toward greater clarity, emotional safety, softened communication, and renewed trust. The possibility of finding your way back to one another - with more awareness, honesty, and care - is what led to the creation of Cor Connection.
