Hannah Connor
Originally from the UK, I’ve proudly called Aotearoa New Zealand home for over 20 years and remain deeply grateful for this beautiful country and the people who make it so special.
Outside of Cor Connection, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, swimming in the ocean, at the gym, walking the dog, or working as a Health Coach in a local GP clinic.
Relationships have been a lifelong passion of mine. For more than 15 years, I have intentionally devoted myself to understanding communication, attachment, emotional intimacy, and the patterns that shape our closest relationships. My learning has been guided by curiosity and a deep belief that healthy relationships have the power to strengthen not only couples, but families, friendships, and entire communities.
My approach has been shaped through formal study, professional supervision, immersive experiential training, extensive independent learning, and my own lived experience. I believe that knowledge is most meaningful when it is embodied, reflected upon, and integrated into the way we relate to ourselves and to one another.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people thrive when they feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Witnessing couples move from misunderstanding and disconnection toward greater compassion, emotional safety, and authentic connection is what continues to inspire me, and ultimately, what led to the creation of Cor Connection.
